Adherence to the standards set by the International Labor Organization (ILO) is established in our mandatory Code of Conduct. Additionally, we specify that
salaries will be determined exclusively based on qualifications, performance, and other job-related factors such as responsibility, skill, and experience.
SECURITY OF OUR FACILITIES
Each organization has established appropriate countermeasures to ensure the safety of our facilities, tailored to the specific local security threats. These measures include fencing, video surveillance, motion sensors, and access control systems. Our industrial site is monitored by a video surveillance and alarm system that alerts the command center of any unauthorized entry.
